Negotiations

We approach every conflict by analysing the case where we, jointly with the client, define the goals, weaknesses and opportunities of the conflict at hand. After quick review of the relevant legal grounds, we provide a preliminary assessment of the dispute and matter strategy. We can then recommend to the clients how to tackle the dispute.

If the matter strategy concludes that negotiations with an aim of amicably resolving the dispute are optimal, we organize the negotiations and represent our client in the process. If needed, we also draft and negotiate a stand-still agreement to secure sufficient time for involved parties to settle the dispute. If we think that third-party independent mediators would have been beneficial, we engage them in the process.
